As a recovery center, we have adopted strategies that enable customers to gain immediate access to services and resources so that customers can address needs expeditiously and can graduate from program supports as quickly as possible so that typical life roles can occur without significant disruption. Any delay in initial face to face contact is typically a function of the prospective customers scheduling limitations or desire to work with a particular staff member who might not have immediate availability. Because we are committed to expeditious service, initial appointments are often conducted off-site or after traditional business hours, if it is more convenient for the prospective customer. We are also open 365 days/year, which reduces waiting time for service.
